FreeMalta Partners
with Rippling.
The $16.8B workforce operating system joins FreeMalta's partner ecosystem — bringing unified HR, payroll, IT and EOR to Malta's growing companies.
Sliema, Malta — September 14, 2026. FreeMalta, Malta's AI-native business intelligence platform, today announces a formal affiliate partnership with Rippling, the $16.8 billion workforce operating system used by over 130,000 businesses worldwide.
Rippling combines HR, payroll, IT device management and global EOR into a single platform powered by one employee record. When a company hires someone through Rippling, their laptop ships, their apps provision, and their payroll starts — automatically. When someone leaves, all system access is revoked in a single click. No other tool in this category does all of this from a unified source of truth.
For Malta's iGaming, tech and financial services companies — many of which operate with international teams across multiple jurisdictions — the fragmentation problem is acute. HR in one system, payroll in another, IT in a third. Rippling collapses this into one.
Rippling raised $450 million in May 2025 at a $16.8 billion valuation — and disclosed that Y Combinator itself is a Rippling customer. With $2.4 billion in total funding and $1 billion in annualised revenue, Rippling is one of the most consequential HR technology companies of this decade.
The partnership makes FreeMalta one of the first Malta-based platforms to officially affiliate with Rippling. Rippling will be featured across FreeMalta's HR & People hub, in head-to-head comparisons on The Duel platform, and in FreeMalta's ongoing coverage of workforce management for Malta's business community.
FreeMalta's Rippling page is live at freemalta.com/hub/rippling, covering EOR, Global Payroll, HRIS and IT management — each with dedicated affiliate links and honest assessments of who the product is and is not suited for.
