Fractional CAIO/CMO and consulting retainers may be cancelled with 30 days written notice to info@maltainsider.com. Any work completed during the notice period is billable at the agreed rate.
Fixed-scope projects may be cancelled at any time. Work completed up to the cancellation date will be invoiced. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in the project agreement.
OpenAI Enterprise agreements have their own cancellation terms governed by the OpenAI customer agreement. Malta Insider cannot cancel or modify OpenAI contracts on behalf of clients — this must be done directly with OpenAI. We can advise and facilitate the process.
To cancel any engagement, email info@maltainsider.com with the subject line "Cancellation Request". We will acknowledge within 2 business days.
Consulting fees are non-refundable once work has commenced. If a deliverable is materially deficient, we will revise it at no additional cost. We do not offer cash refunds for time-based services already delivered.
Project deposits are non-refundable. They secure your position in our schedule and cover initial scoping work.
Refunds for products purchased through affiliate links on this site are governed entirely by the respective partner's refund policy. Malta Insider has no control over and no liability for third-party refund decisions.
We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis for exceptional circumstances. Email info@maltainsider.com with full details. We respond within 5 business days.
If you are a consumer in the EU, you may have additional rights under the EU Consumer Rights Directive. These rights apply to B2C transactions. Consulting services provided to businesses are not subject to the 14-day cooling-off period under Article 16(a) of the Directive.
