Malta's Official
OpenAI Partner.

AI is easy to buy. Useful AI is harder to build. I work inside the problem: find the bottleneck, build the right system, and stay to see whether it works. One operator. No hand-offs.

Forward-Deployed AI

Bring me the problem everyone keeps working around.

I work alongside your team to understand the workflow, build the right system, and see whether it actually works. Sometimes that means ChatGPT Enterprise. Sometimes it means a multi-agent operation. Sometimes the answer is simpler. OpenAI Select Partner (OPN-NTZA). One operator, from the first conversation to deployment.

Case Study · Running Now

I don’t ask you to trust a deck. I run the system. I built News Beast within FreeMalta.com: AI journalists with distinct beats, working inside one editorial operation. It publishes every day. The work is there for you to judge.

Why I build.
How I work. What it’s for.

01
Passion

I built FreeMalta, News Beast and Gambity because I wanted to see what one person could make possible. That curiosity still drives the work. Before I change a workflow, I want to understand why it matters to the people inside it.

02
Action

An idea earns its place when it works. I get close to the problem, build the first useful version, test it with the people who will use it and fix what fails. The presentation is not the product.

03
Noble Intention

The point of intelligence is to make people more capable, not less accountable. I will not recommend an agent where a simpler answer serves you better. The system should leave the people using it in control.

AI-Native Prediction Markets Newsroom

The signal
arrived first.

Gambity is a prediction-markets newsroom built around eight AI journalists — each with a defined beat, distinct source pools, an editorial voice and a reason to exist. This is not automation layered over a newsroom. The newsroom itself was designed as an AI-native operating system.

  • Eight AI journalists with distinct character bibles and editorial beats
  • 30+ daily articles across prediction markets, risk and regulation
  • Separate source pools designed to reduce duplication and cross-beat noise
  • Court Tracker, glossary and 40 company stories built into the record
  • Publishing, LinkedIn, X and IndexNow connected in one operating loop

The work

Three ways
I can be useful.

I build, I lead, or I make the right introduction. The problem decides which.

01

Build.

I get inside the workflow and make something that works — from a focused AI tool to a multi-agent operation. Then we test it against the real job.

02

Lead.

When you need someone at the table beyond one project, I work with your team as a fractional AI or marketing lead. Direction and execution, together.

03

Connect.

Some problems need a specialist, not another tool. If I know the right person for company setup, hiring, payments or the next move, I make the introduction.

Intelligence Series · AI · Power · Agency

The systems that bind us.

AI did not arrive as one technology. It arrived as a set of incentives, institutions and decisions — systems we cannot fully explain, markets that turn access into dependency, and tools that make judgment feel optional. Thesis follows those systems past the headline.

  • Reports on intelligence, power and human agency
  • First principles, not press releases
  • AI governance, evidence, institutions and accountability
  • Written for people who need to think before they decide
  • The weight of the record remains human

How I Work

Four principles.
Every engagement.

Not rules to follow blindly. Four questions I ask before changing how a company works.

01

Outsource

Does this need a specialist? Bring in the person who knows the field. Keep the brief, the relationship and the final decision close.

02

Automate

Is the work understood well enough to repeat? Automate that part. Keep exceptions and sensitive decisions visible to a person.

03

Delegate

Who owns the next step? Give a person or an agent a clear job, the context to do it and a boundary it cannot cross.

04

Differentiate

What can only this business do? The system should sharpen that advantage, not make you operate like everyone else.

Product Cases · Evidence · Verdict

Every tool gets a trial.

A product decision is rarely a feature list. It is a question of timing, incentives, real work and what survives once a system meets reality. Trial puts the claim on record, examines the evidence and delivers a verdict for the person who actually has to live with the decision.

  • Product cases built around a real operating question
  • Opening statement, evidence, cross-examination and verdict
  • Pricing, implementation and practical trade-offs in context
  • Contextual research paths through FreeMalta, Duel and The Garage
  • No feature graveyards. No borrowed certainty.

Workflow Automation

The system keeps its promises.

Automation is not a diagram with fifty boxes and arrows. It is the work continuing at the same standard after the room is empty. We design practical operating systems that remove repetition, protect judgment and make consistency something you can build around.

  • AI-native editorial and content operations
  • Reliable publishing, distribution and reporting workflows
  • Human approval where judgment actually matters
  • Clean architecture built around the work, not the tool
  • Systems designed to keep moving when nobody is looking

FAQ

Questions.
Answered.

The things worth knowing before we speak.

Who will I actually work with?

Me. I’m Ilhan Irem Yuce, founder of Fierce & Tame Limited and the person behind Malta Insider. I take the first conversation, understand the problem and stay involved in the work. You will not be handed to an account manager.

What does forward-deployed mean here?

I start with the people doing the job, not a product demonstration. We trace the workflow, find one problem worth solving, build a useful version and test it in the real operation. Then we improve what fails.

Do I need a $50,000 OpenAI contract to work with you?

No. There is no blanket $50,000 minimum for working with me. We first decide what the problem needs. If an OpenAI enterprise product makes sense, its scope and commercial terms are a separate conversation.

Do you only work with OpenAI tools?

No. I’m an OpenAI Select Partner, not an OpenAI employee or an exclusive sales desk. I choose tools for the job. Sometimes the right answer is ChatGPT, Codex or an agent system; sometimes it is another provider or no AI at all.

What happens to our data?

We decide what a system may access before connecting it to anything sensitive. That includes permissions, where data goes, who can review an output and which actions require human approval. The exact safeguards depend on your workflow and the products selected.

What if my problem needs a person, not an agent?

Then I will say so. If I know a specialist better placed to help with company setup, hiring, payments or another problem, I can make a direct introduction. Not every answer needs to be something I build.
